Common Ground connects Butte County residents with housing and the services that make housing stick. These tools exist to make that work faster: real rental availability, HUD Fair Market Rent context, community resources, and a case-management hub — all in one place.

The Rental Atlas tracks thousands of units across the county, flagging post-Camp Fire rebuilds, Section 8 eligibility, and student housing. The Community Services Directory puts food, shelter, mental health, and legal aid contacts a search away — for residents and the caseworkers who serve them.

The Work Hub gives caseworkers a place to track clients, households, tasks and meetings — with the caseload kept in a file on their own computer, never uploaded.
